Bonanza Plan is about several things – the appropriation of nature and its profitability as well as ‘re-functionalizing’ objects in general, including nature itself. Here, nature – the banana tree - has been abstracted and converted into a sculpture – the banana tree, also a cultural symbol, has been degraded into a mere decorative accessory on a sideboard!
